The Elite Apprenticeship Experience

The Elite Apprenticeship Experience is a Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship program delivered through a strategic partnership between American Legion Post 296 and The Elite Traveling Tutors. Designed to bridge the technical gap for learners aged 16 and up (with no maximum age limit), the program utilizes a Hybrid Learning Model that combines over 640 hours of expert Related Technical Instruction (RTI) with 3,424 hours of mentored On-the-Job Learning (OJL).

The experience offers defined pathways into high-demand sectors:

• Technology: Junior Cloud Engineer (Azure) and Guardium Data Protection Specialist tracks provided by Cloud Tech Academy and Data Hub USA to secure manufacturing intellectual property.

• Agriculture: Regenerative farming and veteran rehabilitation through U.S. FARMY (Purpose Roots) and Herb N Seed, gifting micro-farms to disabled veterans.

• Manufacturing & Aviation: Clean Space Manufacturing, Logistics, and Skylance Drone Operations (FAA Part 107).

• Customer Service: Specialized tracks partnered with Genesis Supply Services and Slim Solutions.
